Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Manage accounts in the Dairy & Beverage industries within the Ingredients Platform.

  • Plan and implement sales strategies for major accounts, ensuring strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Sell the Ingredients portfolio with emphasis on Hydrocolloids, Protein, Food Protection, Emulsifiers, Fibers, and Stabilizers.

  • Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets for the Ingredients Platform.

  • Build and manage a project pipeline to sustain growth targets.

  • Develop short- and long-term strategies in collaboration with Business Units.

  • Manage all aspects of the selling process and maintain broad client relationships across multiple buying locations.

  • Provide monthly forecast guidance and collaborate with demand planning.

  • Update opportunities in Salesforce as they progress

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Strong knowledge of Hydrocolloids, Protein, Emulsifiers, Food Protection, and/or Stabilizers, preferably for dairy and beverage applications.

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within Dairy & Beverage.

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional team activities.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Food & Nutrition, Food Technology, or related field.

  • Track record in account development and strategy execution

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Experience managing global strategic accounts with multiple buying locations.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

  • Ability to innovate and identify new business opportunities.
