Job Description

Primary Purpose
Conducts detailed reviews of ethics cases and supports investigations through data analysis and reporting. Provides guidance on policy interpretation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory obligations.

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Conducts thorough investigations into allegations of unethical behavior, including gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, and documenting findings.
  • Analyzes investigation data to identify patterns or recurring issues and recommend process improvements, and/or corrective actions.
  • Drafts detailed investigation reports with clear findings, supporting evidence, and actionable recommendations.
  • Provides guidance to junior team members on investigation protocols and compliance standards.
  • Collaborates with HR, Legal, and other departments to ensure investigations align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitors case progress and ensures timely resolution in accordance with internal SLAs.
  • Supports the development of ethics training materials by contributing insights from recent investigations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

  • Cultural Competence - Understanding and respecting diverse cultural perspectives in ethics and compliance, ensuring inclusive and culturally sensitive practices.
