Survey Project Manager

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Survey Project Manager in our Greenville, SC office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world.

You'll change the shape of your community by charting plans that become tomorrow's places, creating impact that lasts. And, as part of our Survey team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.

Here's what you'll do:

• Prepare various land surveys, focusing on construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic.
• Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Manage and mentor field crews.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.

We're looking for:

• Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• FAA Part 107 License preferred
• Professional licensure in South Carolina is required.
