Schedule: 100% Onsite

Projected Pay Rate: $50.21 per hour

In this role, you will provide expert-level support across testing systems, instrumentation, and controls within a state-of-the-art technical center. You'll ensure critical test equipment is repaired, upgraded, calibrated, and fully optimized to support engine, powertrain, and vehicle validation programs.

What You'll Do



  • Lead the repair, calibration, and upgrade of dynamometer test systems and facility instrumentation
  • Support test equipment and monuments across the technical center to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot PLC systems and resolve complex controls-related issues
  • Diagnose and maintain motors, drives, and general instrumentation
  • Analyze, implement, and verify the Data Acquisition & Control system functionality
  • Work closely with engineering teams to support ongoing test operations
  • Ensure system reliability, accuracy, and compliance with testing requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support across multiple test environments



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree required; Electrical Engineering degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Strong background in motors, drives, instrumentation, and control systems
  • Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Data Acquisition & Control systems
  • Ability to work fully onsite and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
