The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our team! Our upcoming community, The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, will be accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. Shifts: Full-Time, M-F Are you a hands-on, compassionate "handyman"? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others and ensuring their environment is safe and well kept? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Maintenance Directors' become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment of a senior living community. Duties include:
