As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will conduct regular patrols to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the retail location in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
• Collaborate with store staff and local law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
• Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and help to deter disruptive behavior within the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas only.
• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
