What you will do in this role: The ITQA Testing Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust software testing policies, procedures, and best practices across the IT organization. This role will lead and mentor a team of IT testing professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on testing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives for future testing scalability. Key Responsibilities:

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance.
