As a Security Officer - Tech/Media Facility Patrols in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior within the location.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as required.
• Follow all company and client protocols related to the protection of property, personnel and information within a technology-focused environment.
• Assist with emergency preparedness drills and contribute to a secure environment for staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
