About the Role

The Video Team is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project-Based Video Producer to provide critical production support during Q1. This is a crucial, short-term contract focused on successful Q1 event execution and subsequent content creation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Video Editing & Asset Management: Edit and finalize video content generated from Q1 events and other ad-hoc team requests. Ensure all video assets meet established brand and quality standards.
  • Event Production Support: Act as the primary production support for the Video Team during Q1 events (both physical and virtual). This involves pre-production logistics, on-site/virtual coordination, and managing the workflow for content capture.
  • Organizational Management: Maintain a high level of organization for project files, media assets, and production schedules related to all Q1 events.
  • Ad-Hoc Team Assistance: Provide general operational and organizational support to the Video Team as required throughout the contract period.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Event Production Expertise: 2+ years of demonstrated experience in event production, live content coordination, or a directly related field.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and complex asset libraries efficiently.
  • Video Editing Proficiency: Proven ability to edit video content (software proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is expected).
  • Commitment to Q1 Projects: Absolute Must-Have: Ability to commit fully to a project-based workflow specifically for Q1 events and related content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Video Production: Understanding of lighting, sound, camera operation, and the full video production lifecycle.
  • Fast-Paced Environment Experience: Proven ability to thrive and maintain quality under tight deadlines and in a dynamic, high-energy work setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working within the beauty or retail industries is a plus.
