General Description of the Job Class Support the following performance management and improvement services for the Duke Health System Quality office supporting Duke University Hospital, Duke Health Raleigh Hospital, Durham Regional Hospital, and other entities within the Duke University Health System. This position will focus on advanced analytics, data engineering, and performance improvement to enhance clinical operations and patient safety outcomes-particularly within the Neurosciences/Spine service line. Required Qualifications at this Level Education Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field. Master's degree desired. Experience Minimum of 4 years of related experience. Experience can be supplemented with a Master's degree with a Master's being equivalent to two years of experience. Or, with 2 years of Duke ME I experience Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
