Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours Per week Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm Location: Baltimore, MD JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the JHCH Education Supervisor, the Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Distribution Trainer supports the training and development needs of the HME and Distribution teams. This role acclimates new employees to the department and develops, coordinates, and delivers educational materials and instructional sessions-both instructor-led and virtual-related to workflows, new products, and service lines. The trainer assists with implementing training programs that align employee performance with business goals, partners with subject matter experts to support the development of effective teaching practices, and monitors and tracks departmental training completion to ensure employees meet operational and organizational requirements.
