Job Context The Application support is supporting users from simple to complex applications and cases. Application Support works under the supervision of experienced staff or can be autonomous in support activities depending on his/her responsibilities/assignments. The Application Support works mainly in the process related to the delivery of run-time service. Responsibilities and knowledge - Support users by explaining system capabilities, handling questions and solving incidents - Identify actual and potential software problems and provide analysis to the maintenance team - Respect commitments according to the support part of the Assignment Agreements Knowledge - Basic knowledge of software engineering principles - Training on Incident Management and basic knowledge of incident and problem management - Good experience of interface with users - Basic functional knowledge of the supported applications - Basic understanding of the process related to deliver run-time service Basic Soft Skill Trainings This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines. Additionally this position utilizes global processes and tools to achieve the end results. The Help Desk Analyst goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills, willingness to work overtime, and most importantly working as a team. Top 3 Experience and Skills Required: 1.) 2+ years of Excellent Customer service skills with excellent written and oral communication. 2.) 2+ years of troubleshooting complex PC/Laptop related problems (from password reset to network connectivity to adding new software) 3.) Bilingual- Spanish Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Greensboro, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
