Job Summary
-
The Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center (CRSC) Administrator will provide leadership, oversight and contract management of operations at the CRSC. The CRSC Administrator ensures fidelity to the national Crisis Now model, represents the Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services at the regional, state and federal level and is the primary manager of the CRSC operations contract.
This Administrator will manage the contract to ensure high standards of operations of the clinical program at the CRSC and will monitor and continuously assess the CRSC's performance. Serving as a subject matter expert on all aspects of CRSC's operations, the Administrator will make key decisions, streamline processes, and remove barriers to achieve organizational goals.
Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assists with development of strategic plans, including the short and long-term strategic direction of the center; provides leadership to ensure objectives and goals are achieved.
- Manage the CRSC and the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, ensuring proper implementation and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring that the facility achieves its objectives towards optimizing patient care, appropriate fiscal management, maintenance of licensure, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assists with development of the budget. Administers and manages contracts with vendors, ensuring performance and services comply with terms and provisions of contracts.
- Foster collaborative partnerships by developing and maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement, local hospitals, MHSADS and regional, County and state stakeholders, and other external third parties to drive success.
- Serve on the Department Director's leadership team, providing guidance to the Department Director, department staff, County Administration, the Board of Supervisors and other internal and external stakeholders on a variety of matters.
- Respond to inquiries from the County Administrator, Board of Supervisors, regional, state and federal agencies, and the public. Draft, present, and coordinate information and action items for the Board of Supervisors and other Board committees.
- Provide regular performance feedback to employees and complete appraisals in accordance with County policy.

Minimum Qualifications
-
Master's degree; five (5) years of related, progressively responsible work experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LMHP, LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD, or LCP licensure.
- Prior experience developing and managing behavioral health service programs.
- Advanced presentation, data analysis, and organizational skills.
