Position Description We are seeking a skilled Line Wirer to join our manufacturing team in producing high-quality chillers for data centers. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels according to schematics, diagrams, and engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical wiring, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Hours: 2:00PM - 10:00PM Base Pay $32.91 Shift Differential (2nd & 3rd Shift) - $5.00 Key Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble control panels. Perform point-to-point wiring andcomponentinstallation, including circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, andPLC's. Route and secure wiring neatly to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards. Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before final installation. Troubleshoot and resolve wiring orcomponentissues to ensure proper operation. Work closely with engineers, technicians, and assembly teams to meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols and company standards. Required Education & Qualifications 1+ years of experience ina manufacturingindustry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be able tolift upto 50lbsand work in various positions (standing bending, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods. Knowledge of safety regulations, including proper handling of gases and personal protective equipment (PPE). High school diploma of GEDrequired. Why Choose Modine?
