Hours & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM |
• 1st Shift Weekends: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM (paid for 40 hours)
• Pay: $33.87/hr (+$1 shift differential)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision locomotive and mining components
• Read and interpret blueprints, G&M codes, and manufacturing instructions to meet production standards
• Assemble components and perform other duties to support the fabrication process
• Inspect in-process parts to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a safe, organized manner
• Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and adhere to company standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year CNC machining experience
• Experience using blueprints and manufacturing instructions to produce machined parts
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Proficiency in basic computer functions
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work in a tobacco-free environment, wear PPE, and undergo pre-employment/background checks and random drug tests
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of G&M code
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
