Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level.

Build with Data. Think with AI. Learn with Leaders.

Snowflake's Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) team is opening paid internship roles for Summer 2026. This is an opportunity to work alongside the team that builds AI-ready data foundations, designs enterprise-grade AI systems, and pioneers how organizations transform with data.

If you love big questions, clean architecture, sharp thinking, and a team that expects you to run with real responsibility, this is the place.

WHAT WE OFFER :
  • Paid, full-time internships in the heart of the software industry

  • Post-internship career opportunities (full-time and/or additional internships)

  • Exposure to a fast-paced, fun and inclusive culture

  • A chance to work with world-class experts on challenging projects

  • Opportunity to provide meaningful contributions to a real system used by customers

  • High level of access to supervisors (manager and mentor), detailed direction without micromanagement, feedback throughout your internship, and a final evaluation

WHAT WE EXPECT :
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship

  • Desired Class Level: Undergraduate, Masters, or PHD Students

  • Desired majors: UX/UI Design, Human - Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field

  • Willingness to ask questions

Our interns work on meaningful problems that ship. You won't sit in a corner polishing mock datasets. You'll help build the systems that Snowflake uses every day. You'll learn from senior leaders, analytics engineers, product thinkers, data scientists, and AI builders across the company. We take mentorship seriously. It's how we were raised professionally, and we honor that tradition.

  • How product teams operate at a leading cloud data platform company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Design high-quality seller-facing UI experiences that leverage AI solutions, recommendations, and automated workflows.

  • Work end-to-end across the design process: problem framing, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.

  • Collaborate closely with a Product Manager to understand user needs, requirements, and workflow challenges.

  • Partner with front-end developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high quality.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing directly with Snowflake sellers to validate and refine designs.

  • Support design documentation, design system alignment, and cross-team communication.

  • Contribute fresh ideas for making internal seller workflows more efficient, intuitive, and AI-powered.

YOU'RE A GOOD FIT IF:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related field.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process, interaction design, and visual design skills.

  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and documenting design rationale.

  • Familiarity with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

  • Experience with using AU coding assistants to build functional UI prototypes

  • Interest in designing AI-powered or automated experiences (experience is a plus, not required).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable speaking with users and incorporating feedback into design iterations.

  • A self-starter who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
