Assembly/Canvas Shift: 1st, (6am-2pm) *Pay: $17-$18/hr (Based on experience)* This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and interested in long-term growth with a stable and innovative company. As a Floater, you will support both the Canvas and Assembly departments, gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of production. Key Responsibilities: Float between Canvas and Assembly departments as needed Pull parts and prepare, package, and pack shipments Perform basic sewing tasks in the Canvas area Complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools Perform bench-type assembly processes with attention to quality and detail Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all prescribed safety regulations and company procedures Learn and apply the principles, practices, and processes of the Assembly function Perform other duties as assigned
