We're hiring a Materials Support Technician to join our team! Pay: $16.75/hr - $19.75/hr (B Shift: +$2.25/hr & C Shift: +$3.00/hr Shift Differentials) Shift Options: B Shift: Mon-Wed: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Thurs: 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM C Shift: Fri-Sun: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Thurs: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM Temp C Shift: Fri-Sun: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Thurs: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM This role ensures quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Responsibilities: Set up and operate equipment safely to meet production and quality standards. Verify and follow manufacturing orders and customer specifications. Monitor production processes, adjusting as needed for packing and rate changes. Load trailers safely and efficiently, operating cranes as necessary. Inspect products before aging, checking hardness and quality standards. Support press operations and troubleshoot issues as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards. Follow all safety protocols and quality guidelines throughout production. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred) Basic math skills and strong computer proficiency Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow Benefits The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
