Mix It Right: Where Precision Meets Production Staffmark is seeking a Blender Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Stanton, CA. This full-time role is perfect for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to grow their skills in a hands-on environment. Pay: $20.00/hour 1st Shift: 9:30 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday-Saturday(Saturday's hours 5 a.m.-1:30 p.m) Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and clean blending equipment Accurately blend, label, and stage ingredients based on recipes Perform quality checks and maintain production documentation Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation standards Complete changeovers, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting Lift up to 50 lbs and use pallet jacks for heavier loads Maintain a clean and organized work area Cross-train and participate in safety or skill-based training Requirements: 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production role Previous blending or mixing experience is a plus Ability to read/follow production instructions and safety protocols Comfortable with physical work: standing, lifting, reaching Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
