Krispy Kreme's Senior Manager, Retail Marketing FP&A, is a strategic business partner responsible for translating business objectives into actionable financial plans to help deliver profitable growth across the company's retail channels. This role blends financial leadership, analytical acumen and marketing strategy to optimize revenue performance, manage financial planning, and improve marketing ROI. The Senior Manager will serve as a key collaborator for our Marketing team, providing data-driven support, strategic recommendations, and financial guidance to achieve organizational goals.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Financial Management & Analysis

  • Lead financial planning & analysis for marketing function, including forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, promotions, and other marketing investment decisions.
  • Identify and support growth opportunities through data-driven insights, as well as business case development.

Predictive Modelling, Data Integration & Reporting

  • Leverage predictive modelling capabilities to improve accuracy of daily, period and annual sales forecasting.
  • Support demand planning with holiday spikes, limited-time offerings (LTOs), promotions and new product forecasts.
  • Drive automation of routine performance reporting to deliver actionable insights for real-time decision making.
  • Lead effort to unify disparate operational data sets into a consolidated working data hub for elevated value add.

Marketing Partnership

  • Partner with marketing team to measure financial impact of promotions, brand activations and digital strategies.
  • Consult on evolving go-to market strategies, including pricing, digital and delivery, seasonal menus, LTOs, etc.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning and Innovation teams.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance function, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience in retail, consumer goods, or omni-channel environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in marketing and sales finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex analytics.
  • Strong business acumen with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Operates in the gray with confidence, adjusting approaches as needed to meet evolving business needs.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream).
  • Proficiency with advanced modeling, forecasting, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R preferred).
