*Auto Loan Processor* *About the Role* We are seeking a detail-oriented *Auto Loan Processor* to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of auto loan documentation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this position is for you!
*Key Responsibilities* * Review *10-20 loan files* at a time for accuracy and completeness. * Compare documents against data in multiple computer systems. * Verify all information before approving for disbursement. * Communicate with dealerships or credit unions via email to resolve missing or incomplete documentation. * Flag any discrepancies or compliance issues. * Occasionally make phone calls to clarify information (minimal phone work). *Required Skills & Qualifications* * *1+ year* experience in a high-volume, fast-paced *data entry* role. * *1+ year* office experience in administrative support, banking, data entry, or dealership operations. * Proficiency in *Microsoft Excel* (editing spreadsheets, tracking data, using multiple tabs). *Preferred Qualifications* * Previous experience processing *auto loans* or consumer loans. * Background in banking or financial services. * Customer service experience in a financial setting. *Top Skills* * Data Entry * Loan Documentation * Banking & Loan Servicing * Administrative Support * Order Entry *Why Join Us?* * Competitive compensation and benefits. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative, professional environment. * Growth potential within the financial services industry. #westpriority25 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
