As a valued member of our team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the clinical oversight and coordination of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA)/Assisted Living Program (ALP), in conjunction with administrative staff and other service agencies.

The RN participates in an interdisciplinary team to support the goal of providing excellent quality care to all residents. The ALP Program is a Medicaid funded home care in an assisted living community.

NYS Registered Nurse(s) with knowledge or experience with Medicaid billing, Uniform Assessment System (UAS), and development and management of care plans are encouraged to apply! Experience in LHCSA, CHHA, or LTHHCP is preferred.

This position is FT days, with the ability to flex hours. Occasional on-call responsibilities may be required.



Qualifications

Qualifications...

*Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

*Valid and current New York State Registered Nurse License and Registration.

*Minimum of three-years nursing experience with one-year of home care experience in a LHCSA, CHHA or LTHHCP preferred.

*Must possess a valid and clean New York State driver's license that meets DePaul's clean driving record policy.
