They align technology with the organization's strategic objectives and use their informatics knowledge to teach others. The CI-Lead mentors team members, assists with professional growth, and educates on best practices. They collaborate with business operations to develop innovative solutions for clinician technology needs, guide team deliverables, escalations, and engagement. They will collaborate with department leadership for resource planning and workload balancing to ensure efficient and effective team performance. Essential Functions
