As a Security Guard -Government Facility Patrol - Full Time in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a strong visible presence. You will interact with the public, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain clear communication at all times. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to site protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or members of the public with directions and general information as needed.
• Support access control procedures and verify credentials as required by site policies.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
