What Awaits You? * Career growth and development * Diverse and collaborative working environment * Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager or Supervisor, The Revenue Cycle Coordinator Biller, resolves complex hospital and professional fee billing issues and supports revenue cycle collection activities. The role requires knowledge of the JHH and JHU revenue cycles, insurance eligibility and benefits verification, pre authorizations, payer guidelines, and claims processing rules to help maximize reimbursement across JHM. The coordinator conducts detailed follow up on billing issues and Patient Relations complaints, communicates regularly with patients, families, employers, and insurance carriers, collaborates with internal teams across facilities, maintains accurate system documentation, adapts to change, and consistently demonstrates a professional and cooperative approach in all interactions. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years progressive experience in banking, auditing, or bookkeeping, with emphasis on cash handling, reconciliation, and settlements Our competitive Benefit Package is designed to support the well-being and financial security of our employees and includes:
Salary Range: Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 28.26/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
