Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
  • Shift: 1st Shift
  • Employment Type: 90-day temp-to-hire


What You'll Do



  • Operate assigned manufacturing or packaging equipment to support daily production goals
  • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and routine adjustments
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues and minimize downtime
  • Clear equipment jams, reset systems, and promptly report malfunctions
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspect components for wear or damage
  • Assist with installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment
  • Partner with engineering and leadership to improve equipment reliability and performance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production area in accordance with cGMP standards
  • Communicate production or equipment concerns clearly to leads and supervisors
  • Support additional production or facility needs as assigned


What You Bring



  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, technical operations, or industrial maintenance
  • Strong break-fix and preventative maintenance background
  • Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
  • Familiarity with production and packaging machinery in regulated environments
  • Solid understanding of cGMP standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and follow technical manuals and documentation
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
