Description
In collaboration with Division Chief(s) for each section and Center of Excellence (COE) leadership, plan, implement, direct, and evaluate Division activities for Children's National Hospital in accordance with accepted national standards and administrative policies. This position has primary responsibility for Division (and/or CMO) planning, budgeting, operations, and strategic growth. Integrate and coordinate the operations of the Division (and/or CMO) with other divisions and other elements of the COE and CNH enterprise.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or other related discipline. (Required) MBA Masters of Health or Business Administration (MHA or MBA) preferred. (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience 10 years Of related experience, with 7 years of progressive supervisory/management experience. (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements. Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
