Description Lincoln HospitalManagement/Leadership This position sits at St. Andrew's campus in Boothbay Harbor ME. and supports the Outpatient Physical/Occupational Therapy Department. The primary duties are a split between clinical and administrative. The ideal candidate is licensed as a Physical Therapist with 5 years of clinical experience. Candidates who carry SLP or OT licensure are encouraged to apply! This is in a new, state of the art facility, offering support alongside an engaged team of skilled clinicians. Summary: The position consists of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Primary work location will be in Boothbay Harbor; however, some work requirements will be on the Lincoln Hospital campus. Participation in weekend rotation for inpatient services on Lincoln campus is required. The Supervisor - Wellness role coordinates the day to day operations, Physical Therapy, of Wellness/Rehab team and serves as the front-line leader (80% Patient Care and 20% Supervisory tasks), performing all tasks/functions related to administrative responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to instruct and delegate to the team when appropriate. This role must maintain the skills and training to provide patient care in area of expertise as needed. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
