What to Expect
The Tooling, Process & Training teamis responsible fordeveloping custom service tooling, hardware, and procedures toassistin the rapid development and maintenance of Tesla Energy's storage and charging solutions, as well as providing training on these tools and procedures. This skilled and motivated individual should have a strong technicalbackground in both mechanical and electrical fundamentals,hands on experience using tools to prototype, assemble and disassemble,along with experience collaborating with broad cross-functional teams.The primary application of these skills will be in the development of proceduresand campaignsfor servicing all of Tesla's Energy product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong mixof engineering fundamentals andhands onexperience, with a passion for working in a fast-growing renewable energy company. What You'll Do
