What to Expect
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will support the successful completion of construction projects by ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery while prioritizing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with team members and various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion, with a strong focus on the administrative aspects of each project.

What You'll Do
  • Issue purchase orders (POs), onboard vendors, and ensure contracts are in place before work initiation
  • Oversee safety onboarding, badge issuance, and ensure compliance with safety rules
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings
  • Prepare project-related correspondence and updates: meeting minutes, slide deck, internal Dashboard updates
  • Handle document controls, distribute updated drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Communicate with various teams and stakeholders such as Self-Perform, Design, Facilities, Workplace, and Security
  • Follow up consistently with vendors on all project related action items

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in construction project coordination, preferably in tenant improvements, commercial or industrial sectors, AND/OR education in construction or engineering
  • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions

    Expected Compensation
    $18.40 - $57.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
