As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading retail location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the retail environment to help to deter theft and unauthorized access.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a positive experience for employees and visitors.
• Remain alert to conditions that may create security-related risks and report findings according to site procedures.
• Carry and responsibly handle assigned firearms and/or other security-related equipment in accordance with company and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III armed certification is required for positions in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
