The Role: As an RN on 3 Central Acute General Medicine, you will care for adult patients with a wide range of acute medical conditions. This is a unit where clinical breadth meets supportive structure, allowing you to expand your expertise while working within a highly collaborative care team. This environment is designed to support nurses with intentional staffing and leadership presence, including a 4:1 patient ratio and a dedicated, floating Charge Nurse every shift to ensure guidance, throughput support, and real-time problem-solving.
