Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the routine activities of the scheduling department. Assists with workload by performing clerical activities necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the department..

Requirements:

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must demonstrate good interpersonal and analytical skills, the ability to work under stress and maintain composure, and be able to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• One year clerical or comparable position, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
