OIP Bushing Builder - 2nd Shift

About the Role:

Hitachi Energy in Alamo, TN is recruiting for an OIP Condenser Bushings Builder. Applicants must be able to assemble, process (including impregnation, if required) fit for shipping of all power bushings.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Must be able to prove and maintain ability to access and read drawings, along with the ability to run required SAP transactions.
• Foil cutting and spring assembly experience
• Ability to assemble bushings according to procedures, specifications and customer requirements
• Able to keep work area free from clutter, and clean and free of all contaminants
• Able to work with materials such as paper, oil, gaskets, various metal parts, (aluminum, copper, and steel) epoxy compounds, glass, sealants, porcelain, and foil
• May be required to give information to engineering, purchasing, customer service and shipping
• Must be able to train continuously on new equipment or new processes within the organization, based upon assignment

Your Background:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of one year manufacturing experience is preferred
