SUMMARY BLUvera, Mortenson's vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, is currently seeking a Superintendent II that will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline, while developing and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service. This is a traveling/rotational position and must be flexible to move to different projects/locations. The first project will be based in Utah. RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $130,00 - $195,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. ABOUT BLUVERA BLUvera, Mortenson's vertically integrated self-perform manufacturing and prefabrication affiliate, utilizes advanced design, engineering, and 3D modeling to deliver and install prefabricated construction products on Mortenson projects. By utilizing DfMA principles (design for manufacturing and assembly), BLUvera leverages technology in the manufacture and fabrication of steel frame wall panels intended for load bearing and non-load bearing applications on our project sites.
