Overview
Microsoft's Digital Crimes Unit (DCU), part of Corporate, External & Legal Affairs (CELA), leads the global fight against cybercrime to protect customers and strengthen trust in Microsoft. We combat global cyber threats through the innovative use of technology, civil litigation, criminal referrals, and strategic public-private partnerships-all while safeguarding customer security and privacy. Leveraging advanced analytics and AI, we identify, investigate, and dismantle sophisticated cybercriminal networks to disrupt their operations and protect the digital ecosystem. The DCU Technical Program Manager (TPM) role will lead and coordinate the execution of the DCU's highest-priority fraud initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, OKRs and timely delivery of impactful outcomes. This role is responsible for orchestrating cross-team collaboration, managing project plans, and proactively removing barriers to accelerate progress on fraud-related initiatives. The TPM will also play a key role in shaping and communicating compelling narratives that highlight the DCU's impact on combating fraud, with an eye towards building trust with fraud-focused stakeholders and external audiences. Qualifications Required / Minimum Qualifications
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
