Position Title: Bilingual Junior Production Supervisor

This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position while remaining actively involved on the production floor. This is a mechanical, industrial environment rather than a highly technical one, and the role requires comfort working in a non-climate-controlled facility.
