Our digital marketing team is the engine behind our growth, and we are currently expanding our high-performing in-house team to scale our B2C presence. We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy across the Google ecosystem. This individual contributor role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of driving measurable performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners. You will own and optimize Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation and high-value customer conversions. Position Overview The Paid Media Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and performance of all paid search and media programs. Your mission is to drive new customer acquisition by creating impactful campaigns across the entire marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). This role involves hands-on management of Google Ads-including Search, Demand Gen, Display, YouTube, and PMAX-alongside ongoing performance audits. You will serve as the internal subject matter expert while partnering with our external agency to refine our digital strategy. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys "rolling up their sleeves" to test new ideas and continuously refine account performance. Key Responsibilities
