Aquent is partnering with a global beauty retailer on a Strategic Sourcing Manager role. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will support high-impact initiatives across our Technology and E-Commerce organizations. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, business partnership, and negotiation, and who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.


What You'll Do

In this role, you'll provide end-to-end strategic sourcing support across multiple Sephora business units, with a strong focus on technology-related spend, including:



  • Software (on-premise and SaaS)
  • Hardware
  • Cloud services
  • IT professional services


You'll partner closely with stakeholders to guide them through the intake-to-contract process, ensuring alignment, speed, and compliance-while driving measurable value for the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and negotiate supplier agreements, balancing cost optimization with long-term value
  • Launch and manage RFP/RFI processes, ensuring compliance with purchasing and governance policies
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-savings opportunities and emerging technology trends
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology and E-Commerce stakeholders throughout the sourcing lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal business partners
  • Support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, tools, and processes


Who You Are

  • Experienced in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a strong emphasis on technology categories
  • Comfortable negotiating complex contracts in a tech-forward, fast-moving environment
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident presenting recommendations backed by data
  • A collaborative partner who can influence without authority
