Clinic Assistant

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is searching for a Full Time Clinic Assistant to join our team

Clinic Assistant responsibilities

• Schedule medical, lab, or other testing appointments.
• Communicate appointment information to the clinical team.
• Transport and/or accompany clients to appointments or community activities
• Ensure that appropriate documentation is brought to and from medical appointments.
• Assist the Clinical Manager in tracking supplies - place orders for supplies and materials
• Obtain and record client medical information, such as vital signs, weight, etc.

Clinic Assistant Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting.
• Strong medical aptitude.
• Understanding of medical needs and medical terminology.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong administrative skills and a working knowledge of personal computers
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
• Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information.
