Front-End Software Engineer

Dexian, LLC seeks (5) Front-End Software Engineer in McLean, VA to:

Design, develop, and deploy user-centric web applications using HTML5, JavaScript, and TypeScript to, ensure high performance and response. Utilize frameworks and libraries such as SASS or CSS, and Bootstrap 5 to build efficient and visually appealing front-end applications. Create and maintain responsive web pages that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes. Design and implement RESTful APIs to communicate with back-end services. Apply progressive web design principles to enhance the functionality and reliability of web applications. Identify and implement performance optimization techniques to ensure fast loading and smooth interaction. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the code. Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project tasks and deliverables. Travel and work in various unanticipated work locations in the US, to be determined by employer.

A Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of experience in a software development occupation. The required experience in a software development occupation must include the following:

• 5 years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• 5 years of experience with SASS or CSS.
• 3 years of experience with responsive web design, principles, development, creating and integrating RESTful APIs with front-end applications
• 3 years of experience with unit and integration testing methodologies.
• 2 years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of frameworks such as Bootstrap 5.**
• Demonstrated knowledge of performance optimization for web applications.**

**Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training, and/or experience.

Travel and work in various unanticipated work locations in the US, to be determined by employer. .
