As a strategic partner to the SVP, Total Rewards & People Operations, this role drives transformation, orchestrates global initiatives, and ensures the successful execution of people strategies.

The Chief of Staff / Head of HR PMO manages a high-impact portfolio, aligning priorities, streamlining processes, and delivering measurable results across regions.

We are open to candidates based at IFF locations on the U.S. East Coast and flexible to consider other IFF locations within Europe.

Where You'll Make a Difference:

  • HR Portfolio Governance & PMO Leadership

    • Maintain the integrated roadmap spanning Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services.

    • Lead team of project managers dedicated to high priority, global/regional HR initiatives (intake, prioritization, capacity, risk/dependency tracking).

    • Partner with COEs and Country HR to design simplified, transaction-ready processes for HR Shared Services.

    • Establish an execution rhythm (OKRs, QBRs, leadership forums) with clear dashboards, escalations, and "one source of truth".

    • Own productivity tracking (cost, experience, risk, compliance).

  • Leadership Cadence & ChiefofStaff Support

    • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, ensuring Total Rewards and People Operations priorities align with HR strategy and business objectives.

    • Drive integration across HR subfunctions (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition) and coordinate with senior leaders to advance strategic initiatives beyond program delivery.

    • Prepare executive-level materials, facilitate leadership discussions, and manage stakeholder relationships.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • 12+ years in HR transformation/PMO/operational excellence; global portfolio leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex operating model changes and process harmonization across regions.

  • Fluency in HR techenabled transformation (Workday preferred).

  • Strong change leadership; executive communication and stakeholder management.

  • Expertise in end to end process redesign and process ownership for HR life cycle in multiple markets.
