Overview
Salary: $62-66 Hourly up to $61.50/hr
Role Overview: This contract Program Manager role sits at the intersection of programs and internal communications operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams that change over time. The focus is twofold:
- Visual & communications operations: owning SharePoint hygiene, content structure, and alignment to our rhythms of business (ROB).
- Program management: supporting a set of adhoc and evolving employee programs, from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Communications & SharePoint Operations
- Own day to day management of internal SharePoint sites and resources.
- Ensure content is well-structured, visually clear, easy to navigate, and up to date.
- Align SharePoint content and updates to established rhythms of business (ROB), including all hands, leadership communications, and recurring org moments.
- Partner with leaders and program owners to publish updates, announcements, and resources in a consistent, predictable way.
- Maintain strong content hygiene: accuracy, version control, archiving, and findability.
- Communications Data & Reporting
- Track and report on communications and site engagement metrics (e.g., page views, usage trends).
- Create and maintain simple dashboards or trackers to support decision making.
- Use data to identify what's working, where engagement is dropping, and where adjustments are needed.
- Program Management (AdHoc & Portfolio-Based)
- Support a range of employee and culture programs on an as needed basis.
- Design and execute programs from concept to delivery, often in parallel.
- Create workback plans, timelines, dependencies, and lightweight success measures.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to drive execution and follow through.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and help resolve them quickly.
- Continuously refine programs based on feedback and outcomes.
Every week will be different, but:
- Manage/update SharePoint
- Create visual ROB
- Attend biz mgmt mtgs
- Create comms dashboards
- Work with biz mgr on people programs
- Provide status updates to COS
Preferred:
- Big Tech experience helpful!
- Proven interest in using AI to develop better processes would be great.
- Portfolio link with submissions welcomed.
- Highly collaborative, highly agile, someone who has worked in a business manager or chief of staff-type role previously. Someone how was technical communications skills (updating/creating SharePoints, video montages etc).
