About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to elevate our client's business enablement initiatives through high-impact visual storytelling and presentation design. You will be instrumental in creating compelling visual assets that empower business teams and foster stronger client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to bring a "consulting-level" polish and strategic design thinking to a fast-paced, impactful environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design and produce high-impact presentation slides and a variety of visual assets for critical client-facing materials.
• Collaborate closely with business development and enablement teams to distill complex product concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Develop and refine innovative slide templates, sophisticated data visualizations, and engaging storytelling frameworks using industry-leading design tools.
• Optimize and export designs for seamless integration into presentation platforms used in high-stakes client meetings.
• Continuously iterate on visual polish and design effectiveness based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics, ensuring maximum impact.

Essential Qualifications:

• Expert Proficiency in Design & Presentation Tools: 5+ years of experience with leading design software, including expert-level proficiency in collaborative design platforms and seamless workflows for presentation exports.
• Strategic Presentation Design Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or consulting environments, with a proven track record of designing high-impact presentations that drive business outcomes.
• Mastery of Visual Storytelling & Data Visualization: Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling visual narratives, with a portfolio showcasing executive-level presentations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for business-to-business (B2B) or client-facing contexts.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $99.54 to $110.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
