We are seeking a talented professional to join a dynamic team focused on shaping the future of internal tools. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence the development and refinement of solutions that empower sales personnel, ensuring they are intuitive, effective, and meet critical user needs. Your expertise will be crucial in testing new AI-powered tools and driving digital transformation initiatives, making a tangible impact on how employees engage with customers and manage critical business processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the testing and evaluation of new AI tools, ensuring they are user-centric and meet the evolving needs of internal teams.

* Identify opportunities for improvement in existing tools and contribute to the strategic enhancement of employee-facing solutions.

* Conduct comprehensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather insights on user opinions, behaviors, and pain points related to internal applications.

* Collaborate closely with product teams, designers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and design improvements.

* Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal tools and features, providing data-driven insights to guide development.

* Support broader digital transformation initiatives by advocating for user experience best practices and contributing to strategic planning.

* Present research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, influencing key business decisions.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent training.

* 5-7 years of related professional experience.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality results.

* Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Demonstrated experience in influencing business decisions through research insights.

* Strong presentation skills, with a portfolio showcasing past projects and research methodologies.

* A track record of operating autonomously in complex project environments.
