Job Description:

The Training Program Manager is responsible for building, deploying, and sustaining the endtoend technical training program that enables rapid timetocontribution for the newly expanded Farmers Branch manufacturing site. This role leads the development of scalable training frameworks, competency models, and certification pathways that ensure a highly capable workforce during rampup and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise, programmanagement capability, and a deep understanding of semiconductor operations. In addition to sitelevel ownership, this role contributes to the broader FormFactor learning ecosystem and provides secondary leadership support to OpsEdge Academy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus: Farmers Branch Training Program Leadership

  • Stand up and lead the comprehensive training program for the Farmers Branch site to support staffing ramp, workforce readiness, and accelerated timetocontribution.

  • Develop structured learning pathways and certification programs for all production roles, including operators, technicians, and engineering support.

  • Build and manage a robust onboarding and technical bootcamp program tailored to the needs of a new, scaling workforce.

  • Establish competency models, skill matrices, and progression frameworks aligned with operational requirements.

  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HR leadership to identify critical skill gaps and prioritize training development to support factory ramp schedules.

  • Develop training success metrics (e.g., timetocompetency, qualification yield, error rate reductions) and use data to optimize the program.

  • Ensure training processes, documentation, and instructional materials support consistent execution as the site grows.

Program Development & CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Lead the creation of highquality technical training materials including elearning, SOPs, job aids, blended learning modules, and instructorled content.

  • Partner with SMEs, engineering teams, and quality groups to ensure training reflects accurate processes, equipment operations, and compliance requirements.

  • Implement a scalable training governance model that supports continuous skill development and rolebased recertifications.

  • Manage LMS structure and data integrity for Farmers Branch, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with ISO, customer, and EHS requirements.

Trainer & SME Enablement

  • Develop and manage a network of onsite trainers, mentors, and SMEs; conduct "trainthetrainer" programs.

  • Facilitate crosssite knowledge transfer to accelerate learning curves during rampup and technology transitions.

  • Lead training councils or working groups to coordinate content creation and updates.

Secondary Focus: OpsEdge Academy Leadership

  • Support global OpsEdge Academy strategies, contributing Farmers Branch learnings, content, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with the Global Operations Leadership team on curriculum enhancements, standardized learning frameworks, and digital learning technologies.

  • Participate in crosssite initiatives that strengthen FormFactor's global training ecosystem.

Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct training needs assessments and use data to drive targeted improvements.

  • Apply lean, Six Sigma, and continuousimprovement methodologies to enhance training effectiveness and operational outcomes.

  • Integrate digital learning solutions and AIenabled tools to improve scalability and learner engagement.

Instructional Delivery

  • Deliver highimpact classroom and handson instruction when needed for bootcamps, newhire cohorts, and critical skill gaps.

  • Provide oversight to ensure consistent, highquality delivery of instructorled and onthejob training.
