Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: The Training Program Manager is responsible for building, deploying, and sustaining the endtoend technical training program that enables rapid timetocontribution for the newly expanded Farmers Branch manufacturing site. This role leads the development of scalable training frameworks, competency models, and certification pathways that ensure a highly capable workforce during rampup and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise, programmanagement capability, and a deep understanding of semiconductor operations. In addition to sitelevel ownership, this role contributes to the broader FormFactor learning ecosystem and provides secondary leadership support to OpsEdge Academy initiatives.
