Position Summary The Repair Technical Support Specialist functions as an inside sales and technical support resource for the Repair Department. This position is responsible for researching existing components, evaluating returned items, estimating repair materials and associated costs, and creating production order routings for repair evaluations. The role serves as a key liaison between customers, manufacturing operations, and internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate repair processing. Key Responsibilities
