Overview

How you can make a difference

The Revenue Analyst, Analytics & Forecasting is a core individual contributor within the Revenue Operations organization, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and decision-ready analytics that support forecasting, pipeline inspection, and go-to-market execution.

This role supports revenue data integrity, forecast analysis, dashboard accuracy, and performance reporting across Salesforce, CPQ, and related systems. The Revenue Analyst partners closely with senior RevOps leaders, Sales Operations, and FP&A to ensure leadership has clear visibility into pipeline health, forecast risk, and performance trends.

This is a hands-on analytical role requiring strong Salesforce data fluency, solid SQL capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear insights that support disciplined execution and predictable outcomes.

This role is typically performed remote, with occasional travel for planning sessions or cross-functional working meetings as needed.

What you'll be doing

Revenue Data & Metric Support (Ongoing)

    Support the maintenance and application of enterprise revenue metric definitions across Salesforce, CPQ, and reporting tools.
  • Assist with validation of Salesforce and CPQ changes to identify downstream reporting or metric impacts.
  • Ensure consistency of standard revenue and pipeline reporting used by Sales, RevOps, and Finance.
  • Maintain documentation of metric definitions, assumptions, and calculation logic.
  • Support historical trend validation during GTM changes, system updates, or process refinements.

Forecasting Support & Analysis

  • Support rep-level and segment-level forecasting processes through data preparation, validation, and analysis.
  • Analyze forecast variance, accuracy, and bias trends across teams and time periods.
  • Assist in building scenario and sensitivity analyses related to pipeline coverage, capacity, and productivity.
  • Partner with senior analysts and managers to improve forecast hygiene and input quality.

Dashboards, SQL, and Data Validation

  • Use SQL and reporting tools to extract, analyze, andvalidatepipeline, activity, and revenue data.
  • Support dashboard accuracy by reconciling Salesforce dashboards against underlying data sources.
  • Investigate and help resolve data discrepancies surfaced by Sales, RevOps, or FP&A partners.
  • Follow established analytical quality standards and validation routines.

Reporting & Performance Insights

Support the preparation of decision-support reporting, including:

  • Weekly pipeline and revenue performance summaries
  • Forecast variance and confidence support materials
  • Segment, region, or GTM motion performance views
  • Sales productivity and performance reporting inputs

Ancillary & Ongoing Analytics Support

  • Support analysis related to Salesforce releases, GTM process changes, and enablement initiatives.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analytical requests for leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance.
  • Support forecast reconciliation activities in partnership with FP&A.
  • Maintain reporting documentation and reference materials to ensure consistent interpretation of metrics.

These activities may represent a significant portion of workload during forecasting cycles or periods of organizational change.

What you will need to be successful

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in analytics, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or related roles.
  • Experience working in Salesforce-centric SaaS or B2B environments preferred

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working SQLproficiency.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, pipeline concepts, and forecasting fundamentals; CPQ exposure a plus.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, or performance reporting.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and summaries for business partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional travel may be required for planning sessions or cross-functional meetings.

Salary Range

$75500.00 To $96000.00 / year
