MUST BE LOCAL TO the CHARLOTTE METRO AREA Description The Scrum Master's teams to deliver highquality, predictable outcomes by enforcing Agile practices, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating all ceremonies, and coaching teams toward higher performance. This role ensures backlog readiness, improves delivery flow, enhances transparency through metrics, and partners with product and engineering leaders to drive continuous improvement and value realization. The Scrum Master II is responsible for guiding 2-3 team(s) through the use of Agile / Scrum practices and values for the purpose of delivering quality products and solutions to the organization. This role must build trusted relationships with the team and with their stakeholders (Product Managers, Solutions Managers, etc.) to ensure that the needs of all team members are being met. Proven ability to coach teams away from waterfall toward iterative delivery Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Skilled in conflict resolution, facilitation, and influencing without authority Ability to interpret delivery metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements Familiarity with PI Planning, release planning, and scaled Agile environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
