This high-impact role focuses on driving business development and sales, particularly with small businesses, while growing deposits, originating loans, and expanding client relationships through cross-selling additional services. The Branch Manager is responsible to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve growth goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensures compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Branch Managers must:
